**Why we can no longer ship to all EU countries**

Dear customers,

We have always been happy to ship our products throughout Europe. Unfortunately, new legal requirements are forcing us to temporarily suspend our shipping to other EU countries.

The reason for this is the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which came into effect on August 12, 2026. We fully support the regulation's goal of reducing waste and improving recycling. However, the bureaucratic implementation requires retailers to register separately for each EU country, conclude national licensing agreements, and, in some cases, finance expensive country-specific representatives – starting with the very first package.

The resulting fixed costs far exceed the revenue from our international orders. To keep our prices fair and affordable for you, we cannot currently manage this additional financial and administrative burden.

We sincerely hope for a swift improvement in policy (e.g., through a fair de minimis threshold for small businesses) so that we can once again supply you throughout Europe in the future.

**Do you still need a spare part?**

Even though we are currently unable to ship to all EU countries as usual, we don't want to leave you stranded. If you need a spare part for one of our products, please contact us directly. We will then work together to find an individual solution and, if possible, find a way to help you.
